Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, cold
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup milk
- CHOCOLATE LAYER
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups boiling water
How To Make chocolate cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In 9x13 glass baking dish, melt the two sticks of butter in the oven.

Step 2meanwhile, in a bowl mix together 1 1/4 cups of sugar, flour, vanilla and milk. Once butter is melted pour the batter over the butter. DO NOT STIR

Step 3in separate bowl mix together the cocoa and remaining sugar.

Step 4Sprinkle cocoa/sugar mixture on top of batter. DO NOT STIR

Step 5Pour the 2 cups boiing water on top of cocoa/sugar mixture (do not stir) bake for 30 to 45 minutes. until golden brown crust. Serve warm with or without Ice Cream (Great)
