self rising flour
1Preheat oven to 350. In 9x13 glass baking dish, melt the two sticks of butter in the oven.
2meanwhile, in a bowl mix together 1 1/4 cups of sugar, flour, vanilla and milk. Once butter is melted pour the batter over the butter. DO NOT STIR
3in separate bowl mix together the cocoa and remaining sugar.
4Sprinkle cocoa/sugar mixture on top of batter. DO NOT STIR
5Pour the 2 cups boiing water on top of cocoa/sugar mixture (do not stir) bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
until golden brown crust. Serve warm with or without Ice Cream (Great)
