How to Make Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until well mixed, smooth. Pour desired amount of mix on hot skillet or griddle. Make sure you stir as you pour to guide out chocolate chips as they tend to fall to bottom of bowl (or you can add chips once poured onto griddle before you flip pancake) Flip pancakes until golden brown, serve, and enjoy! Great plain, or with butter and syrup, or even honey. Apple cider to drink makes the fall themed meal complete!
