Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour or wheat pancake mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons mccormick pumpkin spice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup pumpkin, canned
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons french vanilla extract, flavoring
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How To Make chocolate chip pumpkin pancakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until well mixed, smooth. Pour desired amount of mix on hot skillet or griddle. Make sure you stir as you pour to guide out chocolate chips as they tend to fall to bottom of bowl (or you can add chips once poured onto griddle before you flip pancake) Flip pancakes until golden brown, serve, and enjoy! Great plain, or with butter and syrup, or even honey. Apple cider to drink makes the fall themed meal complete!
