Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1-1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
How To Make chocolate chip-cranberry bars

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in flours, oats and orange peel. It will be crumbly.

Step 2Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries. Reserve 2 cups of mix. Press remaining mix into bottom of pan. Bake for 15 mins. In another bowl, beat cream cheese on medium until smooth. Beat in condensed milk. Pour mix over baked crust.

Step 3Sprinkle mix w/ reserved oat mix. Bake 30 mins, or until center is set. Cool. Cut into bars.
