Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, dark and firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
- 2-3 pinches cinnamon, ground
How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake dip

Step 1Mix the raisins and brandy (making sure all the raisins are coated) and let soak for 15 minutes.

Step 2In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and whipping cream until well blended and smooth; add the vanilla, mixing well.

Step 3Blend in the brown sugar and cinnamon; mix in the \"slushed\" raisins and chocolate chips, blending well.

Step 4Garnish with a light dusting of 2-3 pinches of cinnamon; serve at room temperature.

Step 5Makes about 3 3/4 cups of dip.
