whipping cream
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 c
brown sugar, dark and firmly packed
1 tsp
cinnamon, ground
1/2 c
chocolate chips, mini
2-3 pinch
cinnamon, ground

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip


  • 1Mix the raisins and brandy (making sure all the raisins are coated) and let soak for 15 minutes.
  • 2In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and whipping cream until well blended and smooth; add the vanilla, mixing well.
  • 3Blend in the brown sugar and cinnamon; mix in the "slushed" raisins and chocolate chips, blending well.
  • 4Garnish with a light dusting of 2-3 pinches of cinnamon; serve at room temperature.
  • 5Makes about 3 3/4 cups of dip.
  • 6SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Graham Crackers, Honeydew Melon, Strawberries, Peaches, Dried Fruit, Pound Cake Cubes
