Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, dark and firmly packed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
  • 2-3 pinches cinnamon, ground

How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake dip

  • Step 1
    Mix the raisins and brandy (making sure all the raisins are coated) and let soak for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and whipping cream until well blended and smooth; add the vanilla, mixing well.
  • Step 3
    Blend in the brown sugar and cinnamon; mix in the \"slushed\" raisins and chocolate chips, blending well.
  • Step 4
    Garnish with a light dusting of 2-3 pinches of cinnamon; serve at room temperature.
  • Step 5
    Makes about 3 3/4 cups of dip.
