  • 1/2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 c
    mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/3 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream together cream cheese, butter, and confectioners sugar. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into cheese ball and roll in pecans.
  2. Serve on Lorna Doons or your favorite shortbread cookie.
