I have been looking for a recipe that had chocolate chips and could never find the right one. So I decided to take a recipe that I really liked and add chocolate. It turned out really well and my two girls really enjoyed it.
1Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, salt and baking soda into a large bowl. Set aside.
2In a mixer or by hand, cream butter and sugar until pale yellow. Add ripe bananas and mix until broken up. Add one egg at a time and mix until incorporated.
3Add flour and mix until just blended. After flour has been mixed, fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy!
