- 8 slices thick brioche bread
- 8 tablespoons chocolate spread (nutella)
- 2 tablespoons shelled pistachio nuts,finely chopped
How To Make chocolate brioche sandwiches

Step 1Toast the brioche slices until golden on both sides. Spread four of the slices thickly with the chocolate spread and sprinkle over the chopped nuts in a even layer.

Step 2Place the remaining brioche slices on top of the chocolate and nuts and press down gently. Using sharp knife, cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve immediately.
