Ingredients
- 3 - loaves of italian bread, cubed
- 3 cups milk ( i used 2%)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup kahlua (or any coffee flavord liquer)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate bread pudding

Step 1GREASE 13X9 BAKING DISH OR A LASAGNA SIZE TIN PAN. FILL WITH CUBED BREAD.

Step 2IN A LARGE BOWL WHISK TOGETHER MILK, HEAVY CREAM AND KAHLUA.

Step 3IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE BOTH SUGARS AND COCOA POWDER. ADD THIS TO MILK N CREAM MIXTURE N MIX WELL.

Step 4ADD THE VANILLA , ALMOND N CINNAMON TO BEATEN EGGS. COMBINE THE EGG MIXTURE WITH THE MILK MIXTURE N MIX WELL. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS.

Step 5POUR THE MIXTURE OVER THE BREAD CUBES N LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES N MIX A FEW TIMES SO BREAD CAN ABSORB LIQUID.

Step 6BAKE THE BREAD PUDDING FOR AN HOUR OR UNTIL A KNIFE INSERTED IN MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN. SERVE WARM OR COLD WITH WHIPPED CREAM OR ICE CREAM....ENJOY :)
