How to Make Chocolate Bread Pudding
- Heat half-and-half and cream to almost boiling.
- Pour into large bowl.
- Add chocolate chips; whisk until chips are melted.
- Add sugar and eggs; keep whisking.
- Add bread; stir until all cubes are moistened.
- Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake at 350? for 30 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
