How to Make Chocolate Bacon
- Fry bacon until crispy. Allow to cool and cut in half.
- Melt the chocolate in separate double boilers.
- Dunk the bacon into the chocolate, coating it evenly. Allow excess to drip off and then place on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
- Once all the bacon has been coated with chocolate then drizzle the white chocolate over it. Place in the refrigerator until set firm.
