2 bananas, sliced
3/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
8 tbsp nutella {chocolate hazelnut spread}
8 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
3/4 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar, divided
2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 cup brandy
8 refrigerated large flaky biscuits

How to Make Chocó-Peanutty Banana Sammich


  • 1In a large plastic bag, combine ½ of the brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well. Deep fry biscuits at 320 degrees for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and done. Flip for even browning. Remove from oil; and shake in bag with brown sugar cinnamon
  • 2Slice the biscuits in half. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on the bottom halves of biscuit’s Spread peanut butter on the top halves of biscuits.
  • 3Melt butter in a large heated skillet. Add remaining brown sugar to the skillet. Allow sugar to melt. Remove pan from heat and add brandy. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add bananas and hazelnuts, Simmer for 2-3 additional minutes. Remove from the heat.
  • 4Spoon banana hazelnut mixture on top of the chocolate hazelnut. Place top halves of biscuits on. Plate up and spoon banana mixture around the biscuits.
