Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups self raising flour
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 125 grams butter, melted
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2x400 cans condensed milk
- 100 grams butter
- 200 grams good quality dark chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
How To Make choc caramel slice

Step 1BASE-Preheat oven to 180c and line a slice pan.Put flour and sugar,add melted butter stir til combined.Press firmly into pan and bake 20minutes.

Step 2CARAMEL FILLING-Put brownsugar condensed milk and butter into saucepan.Cook over low heat stirring constantly for 18-20 minutes or tlit thickens.Pour over base and bake further 15-20 minutes or til golden on top.Let cool.

Step 3CHOCOLATE TOPPING-Melt chocolate and cream over low heat and pour over caramel.Place in fridge for 1 hour.
