self raising flour
1/3 c
caster sugar
125 g
butter, melted
2/3 c
brown sugar
2x400 can(s)
condensed milk
100 g
200 g
good quality dark chocolate chopped
1/2 c
thickened cream

How to Make Choc Caramel Slice


  • 1BASE-Preheat oven to 180c and line a slice pan.Put flour and sugar,add melted butter stir til combined.Press firmly into pan and bake 20minutes.
  • 2CARAMEL FILLING-Put brownsugar condensed milk and butter into saucepan.Cook over low heat stirring constantly for 18-20 minutes or tlit thickens.Pour over base and bake further 15-20 minutes or til golden on top.Let cool.
  • 3CHOCOLATE TOPPING-Melt chocolate and cream over low heat and pour over caramel.Place in fridge for 1 hour.
