We make this every year for the holidays. Every year I say I will double the recipe. It goes too fast!!

Ingredients

3/4 cup evaporated cream
1 cup sugar
1 package cherry flavored gelatin
1 cup butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved
1 pinch salt

How To Make cherry blossom fudge

Step 1

Butter and 8X8 dish. In a medium saucepan over med heat combine milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and sitr in gelatin. Boil 4 mins. Remove from heat and stir in butter, chocolate chips, vanilla and cherries. Pour into pan. Chill 2 hours before serving
