These cookies are TO DIE for....I tweeked to recipe and added M&M's as well..but seperated the batter so I had a batch of butterfinger and a batch of M&M's.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter (softened)
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1 1/4 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 5
    butterfinger candy bars (chopped)

How to Make Butterfinger Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In large mixing bowl, cream butter ans sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg whites. Stir in Peanut Butter and vanilla.
  2. Combine the flour,baking soda,and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in candy bars.
  3. Shape into 1 1/2 in balls and place 2 inchs apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool on wire rack!
