The whole family loves this brownie recipe!! It's by far a hit in our family. Hope you all enjoy as much as we do!

Ingredients

4 - eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups wesson oil
2 cups flour (self rising)
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)

How To Make brownies

Step 1

Beat eggs until whites and yolks are mixed.

Step 2

Mix sugar and oil with the eggs well.
Step 3

Sift the flour and cocoa together. Then, add it a little at a time to the liquid mixture (eggs, sugar, and oil).
Step 4

Add vanilla and pecans.
Step 5

Batter in flour. Grease pan (do not flour). Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Step 6

Then when the brownies are cooked, add icing.
Step 7

Icing ingredients - 1 box of powdered sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 5 tbsp.milk 1 stick margarine (chopped)
Step 8

Stir together until smooth. Pour over brownies while hot.
