Ohhhhh brownies, who doesn't love them. These are super great warm or cooled. That day or the next if you have any left :) Easy recipe, great to take to a potluck or just to feed the fam. Hope y'all enjoy these moist brownies as much as we do.

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
  • 3/4 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 2
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp
    instant coffee powder ( optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How to Make Brownies


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9 pan with butter , oil or cooking spray, your choice.
  2. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients, set aside.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips and butter. Melt for 60 seconds, stir well. Let cool a little , beat the eggs in a small bowl and slowly add to the cooled chocolate. Mix well.
  4. Add the chocolate into the dry and stir until well combined. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes , until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean. Cool cut enjoy.
