Brownie Pudding

1 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

3/4 csugar

2 Tbspcocoa powder

1/2 cmilk
-
1 tspvanilla

2 Tbspmelted butter
-
1 cchopped nuts of your choice

3/4 cbrown sugar
-
1/4 ccocoa powder
-
1 3/4 chot water
How to Make Brownie Pudding
- Mix together first 9 ingredients. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan or equivalent casserole dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa powder over batter.
- Pour 1 3/4 cup hot water over batter. DO NOT STIR! Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The brownie rises to the top and the pudding forms on the bottom.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Delicious!
