Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
How To Make brownie chocolate chunk cupcakes

Step 1In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Cool Slightly.

Step 2In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Stir in the vanilla and chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour to the chocolate mixture. Fold in the Pecans.

Step 3Fill paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until the tops begin to crack.

Step 4Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
