Ingredients

3/4 c
butter, room temperature
3/4 c
milk chocolate chips
3
eggs
3/4 c
sugar
3/4 tsp
vanilla extract
3/4 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
chopped pecans (optional)

How to Make Brownie Chocolate Chunk Cupcakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Cool Slightly.
  • 2In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Stir in the vanilla and chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour to the chocolate mixture. Fold in the Pecans.
  • 3Fill paper lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until the tops begin to crack.
  • 4Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
