  • 3/4 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 3
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans (optional)

How to Make Brownie Chocolate Chunk Cupcakes


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Cool Slightly.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. Stir in the vanilla and chocolate mixture. Gradually add flour to the chocolate mixture. Fold in the Pecans.
  3. Fill paper lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until the tops begin to crack.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
