Customize these chewy blondies with whatever chips you want - chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch, white chocolate, caramel, or a combination. No matter what you choose, you can't go wrong.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you need an easy dessert to bring to a potluck or party or simply to satisfy your sweet tooth, bake a batch of these blondies. They are chewy and buttery with crisp edges. We used chocolate chips and the bars reminded us of thick chocolate chip cookies. We can't wait to try other flavors next time we bake a batch. A combination of peanut butter chips and chocolate chips would be heavenly. All that's missing is a tall glass of milk.
