Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, light
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
- 1/2 cup black walnuts, chopped (do not substitute)

Step 1350 degree oven. Whisk togeter flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine butter and both sugars and beat until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add oats, chocolate chips, cranberries and black walnuts; stir well.

Step 2Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes until golden brown; cool one minute on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack. ENJOY!!
