Ingredients For black walnut cranberry & white chocolate cookies

  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    firmly packed brown sugar, light
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    black walnuts, chopped (do not substitute)

How To Make black walnut cranberry & white chocolate cookies

  • 1
    350 degree oven. Whisk togeter flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine butter and both sugars and beat until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add oats, chocolate chips, cranberries and black walnuts; stir well.

    Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes until golden brown; cool one minute on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack. ENJOY!!
