Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    firmly packed brown sugar, light
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c
    white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    black walnuts, chopped (do not substitute)

How to Make Black Walnut Cranberry & White Chocolate Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. 350 degree oven. Whisk togeter flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine butter and both sugars and beat until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add oats, chocolate chips, cranberries and black walnuts; stir well.
  2. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes until golden brown; cool one minute on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack. ENJOY!!
