These cookies are delightful and even better the second day. The downside is that they only make about two dozen. Hope you will give them a try!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, light
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1/2 cup black walnuts, chopped (do not substitute)

How To Make black walnut cranberry & white chocolate cookies

  • Step 1
    350 degree oven. Whisk togeter flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine butter and both sugars and beat until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add oats, chocolate chips, cranberries and black walnuts; stir well.
  • Step 2
    Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 minutes until golden brown; cool one minute on baking sheet and then remove to wire rack. ENJOY!!
