Ingredients

  • 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sweet butter
  • 5 tablespoons corn syrup, light
  • 3 cups crisped rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (melted)

How To Make bittersweet chocolate crunchies

  • Step 1
    line two baking sheets with parchment.
  • Step 2
    melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave.
  • Step 3
    stir in corn syrup and crisped rice cereal. drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets and refrigerate for about 45 minutes, or until set.when set, drizzle peanut butter over crunchies.
  • Step 4
    store in an airtight container in the fridge.
