- 1 package cream cheese at room temp
- 1 cup heavy cream cold
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding

Step 1beat cream cheese until smooth about 2 min

Step 2add heavy cream , beat to stiff peaks. I did this with whisk attachment,slowly add water with mixer running

Step 3turn off mixer add pudding continue to whisk for 1 or 2 min place in 4 ramekins chill about 1 hour
