I have made this with different flavor puddings also, I have doubled it and put it in a nut crust in a spring form pan

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese at room temp
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding

How To Make best ever

  • Step 1
    beat cream cheese until smooth about 2 min
  • Step 2
    add heavy cream , beat to stiff peaks. I did this with whisk attachment,slowly add water with mixer running
  • Step 3
    turn off mixer add pudding continue to whisk for 1 or 2 min place in 4 ramekins chill about 1 hour
