Banana S'mores

To make it super easy use a prepared graham cracker pie crust.
Ingredients

3/4 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 coriginal bisquick
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
1/4 cbutter, melted
-
2 mediumbanannas
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 1/3 cmilk
-
1 pkg4 ounce size chocolate instant pudding mix

3/4 cmini marshmallows
-
1/2 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips
How to Make Banana S'mores
- Mix graham cracker crumbs,Bisquick and sugar in small bowl.Stir in melted butter until moistened.Press in bottom of a ungreased square microwavable dish 8x8x2
inch.Microwave (uncovered)on high for 2-3 minutes or until crust bubbles. Turn dish halfway threw cooking time.Cool for 10 minutes. - Peel and slice bananas and dip in lemon juice.Arrange on cooled crust.
- Beat milk and dry instant pudding mix until smooth.Stir in marshmallows.Spread over bananas.Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.refrigerate for up to one hour before serving. Store any left overs in fridge.
- For a frozen treat place in freezer over nite.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before
slicing and serving.
