The perfect combo...banana, choclate, hazelnuts and crepes!

Ingredients

8 - crepes - see my "crepes - for sweet or savory applications" recipe
2 medium bananas sliced
4 tablespoons nutella
4 ounces amaretto liqueur
4 ounces butter
1 cup heavy cream

How To Make banana and nutella crepes

Step 1

Melt butter, saute bananas, deglaze with amaretto

Step 2

Add cream and Nutella.
Step 3

Dredge crepes in sauce as it reduces by 1/2
Step 4

To plate fold crepe in 4's and drizzle sauce over.
