How to Make Auntie Jo's Brownies


  1. Preheat oven to 350°

    Melt butter and mix together with cocoa and vegetable oil, until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, sugar and salt, stirring until well combined. Add flour and mix well. Spread batter evenly in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the top looks dry and a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting
