Ingredients

  • 1 box
    ready made pie crusts, like pillsbury
  • 1 jar(s)
    caramel topping
  • 1 can(s)
    apple pie filling
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    cinnamon.

How to Make Apple pie crust cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a ccokie sheet w/ cooking spray. In small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  2. Place pie crusts on floured surface. Spread a thin layer of caramel sauce over 1 pie crust. Spread 3/4 of the apple pie filing over caramel.
  3. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon-sugar mix. Cut 2nd crust into thin strips to make a lattice topping over filling. W/ a cutter or drinking glass, cut out cookies and place on cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 mins, or until golden.
