This is an easy creamy, choclately dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces lite cool whip, thawed
  • 1 - 6 oz pkg instant, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups 1% milk

How To Make 4-layer chocolate pudding dessert

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine flour, nuts and butter. Press flour mix into bottom of pan. Bake about 12 min. Cool.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip until smooth. Spread onto cooled baked layer.
  • Step 3
    In another bowl, mix pudding and milk w/ a whisk. Pour over cream cheese mix. Spread w/ remaining cool whip. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
