This is an easy creamy, choclately dessert.

  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 8 oz
    lite cool whip, thawed
  • 1
    6 oz pkg instant, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 c
    1% milk

How to Make 4-layer chocolate pudding dessert


  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine flour, nuts and butter. Press flour mix into bottom of pan. Bake about 12 min. Cool.
  2. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip until smooth. Spread onto cooled baked layer.
  3. In another bowl, mix pudding and milk w/ a whisk. Pour over cream cheese mix. Spread w/ remaining cool whip. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
