2-Minute Mug Brownie

How to Make 2-Minute Mug Brownie
- 1Spray mug or ramkin lightly with Pam; set aside. NOTE: I used a 4 to 6 oz ramkin.
- 2Mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa and salt until no lumps remain. Stir in oil and milk. NOTE: I mixed this up in a large measuring cup.
Original recipe instructs to mix in ramkin. I decided to spray my ramkin to ensure the brownie would not stick to dish for easier clean up and to use a measuring cup to mix it up.
- 3Spoon into ramkin. Microwave 1 minute on high. If you have a powerful microwave, check after 30 seconds. It's done when it's puffed and springy to touch. NOTE: it will still be slightly gooey on top. A total of 1 minute should do it but if not, microwave an additional 15 seconds and check again.
