My Cuz taught me how to make this one it is like a lot of them that is out their but she put marshmallows on top

Ingredients

4 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatos
2 - beaten eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup choped pecans
1 cup coconut

How To Make yummy sweet potato casserole

Step 1

mash potatoes (but leave in chunks) add the 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. milk,1/3 c melted butter, Mix together real good spread in pan, at this point you can nuke your marshmallows and spread over mixture or add whole ones on top!

Step 2

for the topping 1 cup flaked coconut, 1cup packed brown sugar, Mix real good, add 1/3 c flour,1/3 c melted butter, 1 c chopped pecans Mix real good
Step 3

pour topping over tatters if you did not already add marshmallows in this is the time to add them in bake 375 for 25 minutes
