This is for all the people who do not like Fruit Cake and for all that do. It is so good and keeps well in the refrigerator. I got this receipe from a friend in my "Relay for Life" team. All it needs to go with it is a glass of homemade Boiled Custard. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1--12 oz. box
    vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1--10 oz pkg
    dates, chopped
  • 2 c
    dark raisins
  • 1 jar(s)
    maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
  • 1 c
    coconut, shredded
  • 2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    eagle brand condensed milk

How to Make XMAS FRUIT ROLLS

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well. Make two rolls about 12 in. long and 3-4 in. thick. Roll in wax paper and refrigerate until set. Unroll, slice and serve.
