- - nonstick cooking spray
- 20 ounces white chocolate chips, about 3 cups
- 1 can - 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces shelled natural pistachios
- 1 cup dried cranberries
How To Make white chocolate fudge with pistachios and cranberries

Step 1Coat 9" square cake pan with cooking spray and set aside. In heave-bottomed pot, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over LOW heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat immediately.

Step 2Stir in Vanilla, pistachios, and cranberries. Spread in pan. Cool fudge to room temperature or chill.
