This recipe is so easy to make. And my family and friends love it. You can make it white or chocolate. I just made it with Chocolate Bark and it is delicious. Hope you make it and enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp - vanilla
12 oz - white chocolate (chips or bark)
3/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make white chocolate fudge candy

Step 1

Beat cream cheese with mixer. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until smooth. Melt white chocolate in microwave making sure not to overcook, by cooking one minute at a time, then stirring. Add melted chocolate to mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into a butter or greased 8x8 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into small squares.
