1Line 8x8 square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides like handles.
Microwave chocolate, butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min or until butter is melted
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add dry pudding mix and stir with a whisk 2 min.
Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended.
Stir in half the sprinkles;
press onto bottom of prepared pan.
Top with remaining sprinkles.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
2*Notes. Yes you can use milk chocolate chips and any other flavor of Instant pudding. I was thinking another good mix would be Butterscotch Pudding or even Cheesecake Pudding with mixed chocolates. This is VERY sweet so one bite was enough for me.
** Edit IF you use milk chocolate chips DO NOT use the water but increase butter to 1½ sticks (12 tbsp)
