Ingredients For white chocolate fudge bites

  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 8 tbsp. butter (1 stick or ½ cup)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 pkg (3.4oz) vanilla flavor instant pudding (i used jello)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles (optional)

How To Make white chocolate fudge bites

    Line 8x8 square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides like handles. Microwave chocolate, butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min or until butter is melted Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add dry pudding mix and stir with a whisk 2 min. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended. Stir in half the sprinkles; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with remaining sprinkles. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

    *Notes. Yes you can use milk chocolate chips and any other flavor of Instant pudding. I was thinking another good mix would be Butterscotch Pudding or even Cheesecake Pudding with mixed chocolates. This is VERY sweet so one bite was enough for me. ** Edit IF you use milk chocolate chips DO NOT use the water but increase butter to 1½ sticks (12 tbsp)
