I love to make candies for Christmas gifts,this is one of the candies I make. I sometimes add dried cranberries to the recipe, Really tasty!

Ingredients
- - 8 oz cream cheese,softened
- - 4 c confectioner's sugar
- - 2 t. vanilla
- - 12 oz white baking chocolate
- - 3/4 c chopped pecans
How To Make white chocolate fudge

Step 1In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Fold into cream cheese mixture with pecans. Spread into a greased 8-in. square pan. Chill until serving. Cut into squares.
