Ingredients

  • 1 box
    powdered sugar (2 cups, sifted)
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 stick
    butter, cut in slices
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    nuts, chopped

How to Make Uncle Steve's Microwave Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa into a microwavable dish.
  2. Drop sliced butter over cocoa mixture.
  3. Pour the milk over all.
  4. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Remove from microwave and stir.
  6. Add the vanilla extract (and nuts, optional). Stir.
  7. Refrigerate for one hour or more. Cut into squares.
