Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar (2 cups, sifted)
1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1 stick butter, cut in slices
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup nuts, chopped

How To Make uncle steve's microwave fudge

Step 1

Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa into a microwavable dish.

Step 2

Drop sliced butter over cocoa mixture.
Step 3

Pour the milk over all.
Step 4

Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly.
Step 5

Remove from microwave and stir.
Step 6

Add the vanilla extract (and nuts, optional). Stir.
Step 7

Refrigerate for one hour or more. Cut into squares.
