1Melt Caramels in top pan of double boiler (bottom has boiling water in it) Remove from heat:...add whipping cream and stir until smooth.Add pecans and stirr until smooth again. Drop by teaspoon fulls onto buttered cookie sheet. Place in freezer until frozen (you will dip Turtles frozen).
2Melt Chocolate in double boiler over Very Hot Water. Dip FROZEN Turtles in Chocolate, one at a time. Place back onto buttered cookie sheet to set. Store in tightly covered containers.
