How to Make Turtle Cheesecake Fudge
- Line a 8" square baking pan w/wax paper.
Combine chocolate chips, milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan. Heat over low until melted and smooth. Pour in the pudding mix until combined. Stir for a minute longer, until pudding mix is completely dissolved. Add in marshmallow cream & stir until melted and smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set, overnight. - Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares. Combine caramel bits & 4 tsp water in a small pan over low heat, stirring until melted. Cool slightly and drizzle over squares; sprinkle with nuts.
