These were my mom's favorite treat! They are a great holiday/party treat; or bring them to your next potluck. They are so easy to make and sooooo good to eat! I promise they will be a hit! :-)

1 pkg
white chocolate chips
1 pkg
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg
milk chocolate chips
1 jar(s)
planters dry roasted peanuts (or nut of your choice)

How to Make Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters

  • 1Lay out 2 sheets of wax paper (about 24in ea).
  • 2Combine all 3 chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  • 3Melt chocolate (over med/med-low heat) until smooth and creamy.
  • 4Remove from heat and add peanuts.
  • 5Drop by Tbs onto wax paper.
  • 6Allow to cool until harden. If you are having a hard time getting the clusters to harden, slide the wax paper onto a baking sheet and put them in the fridge.
  • 7Remove from wax paper and serve on a pretty plate, or store in a sealed container (tupperware) in the fridge or freezer.
