Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    white chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 jar(s)
planters dry roasted peanuts (or nut of your choice)

How to Make Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Step-by-Step

  1. Lay out 2 sheets of wax paper (about 24in ea).
  2. Combine all 3 chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  3. Melt chocolate (over med/med-low heat) until smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and add peanuts.
  5. Drop by Tbs onto wax paper.
  6. Allow to cool until harden. If you are having a hard time getting the clusters to harden, slide the wax paper onto a baking sheet and put them in the fridge.
  7. Remove from wax paper and serve on a pretty plate, or store in a sealed container (tupperware) in the fridge or freezer.
