Ingredients

1 jar(s)(16 oz) dry-roasted peanuts

1 can(s)(9.75 oz) salted whole cashews

2 cpecan pices
-
18(2 oz each) chocolate bark coating squares, cut in half

1 pkg(12 oz) semisweet chocolate morsels
-
4(1-oz each) bittersweet chocolate baking squares, broken into pieces
-
1 Tbspsolid shortening
-
1 tspvanilla extract (not flavoring)
How to Make Triple Chocolate-Nut Clusters
- Combine the first 7 ingrediets in a 5-quart slow cooker, cover and cook on LOW 2 hours, or until chocolate is melted. Stir chocolate and nuts; add vanilla extract, and stir well to coat all the nuts.
- Drop the candy by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper. Let stand a least 2 hours or untl firm. Store in an airtight container. ENJOY!!!
