When I first got married we didn't have a stove, just a microwave. Being a chocoholic and a baker, (nonprofession baker that is), I had to come up with a recipe that I could make quick and in the microwave. This one was it. EVERYONE who eats it wants more. Hope you enjoy this one.

Depends on how big you cut the slices.
5 Min

  • 1 box
    powdered sugar
  • 7 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c
    milk (no more)
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How to Make Three Minute Fudge

  1. Put powdered sugar and cocoa in microwavable bowl. Make a well in the center. Pour milk in center and place the stick of butter uncut in well. Microwave 3 minutes, remove and add pecans and extract. Pour into a greased plate or pan with at least a 1" side lip. Cool. Cut into the amount of slices you want and serve. Bet they will come back for seconds!
