three chocolate fudge
This WONDERFUL chocolate fudge is a taste of home recipe. I look on the JAP site and didn't see anyone else posted it. If I missed it and it is one here let me know! this recipe makes a nice size batch and it is sooo chocolatey and good!!

Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar (i have used light brown)
- 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
- 32 large marshmallows, cut in half
- 2 cups (12ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 - milk chocolate candy bars (hersheys) (7 ounce each) broken into pieces
- 2 - squares (1 ounce each) semi sweet baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped pecans (optional)
How To Make three chocolate fudge

Step 1In large sauce pan, combine first four ingredents. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is disolved. Bring to a rapid boil, boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 2Remove from heat. Stir in the marshmallows until melted. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Add chocolate bars and baking chocolate. stir until melted. Fold in the vanilla and pecans (if using), mix well. Pour into a buttered 15inx10in baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Store in refridge. Makes 5 1/2 pounds
