1 lb
powdered sugar (whole box)
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
5 oz
unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
1 tsp
either vanilla, almond or peppermint extract
1/4 c
toasted almonds, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds
2 Tbsp
colored sprinkles
2 Tbsp
chocolate sprinkles


1Mix cream cheese until smooth and creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
2Add melted chocolate and vanilla (or extract of your choice). Mix well. Chill for several hours.
3Remove from refrigerator, and shape into 1" balls. Roll in the chopped almonds, cocoa powder, sprinkles, etc.
4Keep these chilled. They also freeze well for later use. They are delicious, and make such a pretty addition to a Christmas tray!
