sue's toffee
Toffee (okay and peanut brittle) are favorites of mine, and I have always wanted a quick and easy recipe to feed my toffee addiction. This recipe is it! Toffee, with chocolate, it there anything better? I personally don't think so!

Ingredients
- - butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup or more, chocolate chips
How To Make sue's toffee

Step 1Grease pan with butter. Spread chopped pecans in bottom. Melt together 1 stick butter and the brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 7 min, then pour immediately over nuts. Take 1/2 c or more of chocolate chips and sprinkle over mix while hot. Cover a few minutes with foil or lid until chips melt enough to spread with spatula. Make into squares, then refrigerate. Break apart when cold.
