Ingredients

  • 1 stick imperial margerine (has to be this or it won't work!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup salted nuts - your preference-peanut-almonds-cashews etc

How To Make sue's nut brittle

  • Step 1
    IN A HEAVY SAUCE PAN (non stick) MELT IMPERIAL STICK AND THE SUGAR. YOU WILL NEED TO STIR CONSTANTLY WITH A WOODEN SPOON. WHEN IT HAS BUBBLED UP AND TURNED THAT REAL PRETTY LIGHT AN COLOR (usually 7-10 minutes depending on heat) REMOVE FROM STOVE AND STIR IN NUTS. POUR OVER A SHEET OF FOIL SPRAYED W PAM. LET SET. BREAK & ENJOY!
