spiced pumpkin fudge
I love to make fudge for my family but my son in law is allergic to chocolate so I make him this pumpkin fudge which he loves. We all do.

Ingredients
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
- 2 cups white morsels
- 1 - 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make spiced pumpkin fudge

Step 1Line an oblong cake pan with foil. Combine sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, pumpkin, butter and spice in medium, heavy duty saucepan.

Step 2Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 10 to 12 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees to 240 degrees, the soft ball stage.

Step 3Quickly stir in morsels, creme, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until morsels are melted.

Step 4Immediately pour into prepared pan. Stand on wire rack for two hours or until completely cool.
