At work the other night I was telling a girl about the can frosting fudge. She wanted me to make it, but of course they do not buy canned frosting for us ever so I put my head together and this is the result.

  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 stick
    butter softened
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    enough water to make thick frosting
  • 12
    ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    mini marshmallows

How to Make "So I don't have canned frosting" Fudge


  1. Mix together powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and enough water to make a thick frosting, set aside.
  2. In a micro safe bowl, melt chips for 45 seconds. Stir well until smooth. Mix in frosting and nuts and marshmallows. put in a 8x8 wax paper lined baking dish. put in fridge 20 minutes to set. Cut and transfer to dish and serve
