    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 c
    nuts [pecans or walnuts], finely chopped
  • 3 c
    flacked coconut

How to Make CAROL'S SNOWBALLS

Step-by-Step

  1. 1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and pineapple until well combined.
  2. 2. Fold in the nuts.
  3. 3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Then roll into 1-inch balls
  5. 5. Roll into coconut and refrigerate overnight
