sharon's sea foam delight
Well today I made Joanne's wonderful Italian Easter Bread, I love it . Again thanks Joanne. Anyway I got this craving for some candy so I thought about Sea Foam my Mother used to make , but I am a macaroon freak without all the stuff I needed to make them .So I came up with Sharon's Sea Foam Macaroon Delight. And guess what it is quite good , if I do say so myself ( and I just did ) lol

Ingredients
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup of water
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 cup of coconut
How To Make sharon's sea foam delight

Step 1Boil sugar, corn syrup, and water together until it will form a hard ball when you drop it in cold water'

Step 2Beat the 2 egg whites and salt at medium speed for 3 minutes in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3Pour the syrup mixture slowly into the egg whites while still beating.

Step 4Continue beating until the mixture is no longer glossy.

Step 5At this point add the coconut . Drop from a spoon on to waxed paper. There you have it simple , easy , yummy candy ..............Enjoy
