How to Make "See's" Fudge Recipe
- melt together over medium heat in a heavy saucepan the butter and chocolate chips stiring occasionally.
DO NOT BOIL. Warm untill hot to the touch
- Remove from the heat and add one at a time the powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well with a wooden spoon, till thick and shiney
- Poor into a buttered 9x13 pan. I use the wrapper from the butter. Let cool and set 1 hour. Cut and enjoy. Sometimes refrgerating the fudge makes it set firmer
