"see's" fudge recipe

Finally got this recipe from my sister Paula. It is the creamiest, smoothest fudge I ever ate. So easy too. Try it I know you will agree. Thanks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (2 cubes)
  • 1 package 10 ounce chocolate chips
  • 4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make "see's" fudge recipe

  • Step 1
    melt together over medium heat in a heavy saucepan the butter and chocolate chips stiring occasionally. DO NOT BOIL. Warm untill hot to the touch
  • Step 2
    Remove from the heat and add one at a time the powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well with a wooden spoon, till thick and shiney
  • Step 3
    Poor into a buttered 9x13 pan. I use the wrapper from the butter. Let cool and set 1 hour. Cut and enjoy. Sometimes refrgerating the fudge makes it set firmer
