Ingredients
- 1/4 cup prepared mashed potatos
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 16 ounces powder sugar
- 1 tablespoon powder sugar for later
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, more if you'd like

Step 1Mix mashed potatoes, vanilla, milk, and salt in a bowl.

Step 2Stir in the 16 oz. of powdered sugar until it forms the consistency of dough. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR...THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!

Step 3Take the tablespoon of powder sugar and sprinkle it onto waxed paper. Roll the dough out into a long rectangle and spread the peanut butter all the way to the edges.

Step 4Roll dough into a jelly roll shape and refrigerate for another hour & then slice....can leave it out at room temperature in an airtight container.
