How to Make Secret Ingredient Peanut Butter Roll
- Mix mashed potatoes, vanilla, milk, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in the 16 oz. of powdered sugar until it forms the consistency of dough. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR...THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!
- Take the tablespoon of powder sugar and sprinkle it onto waxed paper. Roll the dough out into a long rectangle and spread the peanut butter all the way to the edges.
- Roll dough into a jelly roll shape and refrigerate for another hour & then slice....can leave it out at room temperature in an airtight container.
